Software Integration
Multiple R Versions and Package Universes provide a selection of R versions and associated package universes to meet various project needs. We also include tools for database connections and standard software like Git, LaTeX, and Pandoc.
Maintenance and Support
Includes the installation of security updates, maintenance of connectivity, and resolution of installation-related issues. A Service Level Agreement (SLA) guarantees response times for critical and non-critical issues.

The client provides the host server and is responsible for performance, monitoring, backup, and network solutions. We support commonly used Linux distributions (Ubuntu, RHEL, OpenSUSE) and container platforms like OpenShift or Kubernetes.
